MapMapn

MapMapn Studio and Lab was a web cartography sandbox. I was inspired to create this website when over the summer of 2018 I found myself struggling with the graphic design aspects of mapping and the sometimes overwhelming resources available online.

MapMapn was not meant to be exhaustive and there was a multitude of avenues that I didn't explore in this format. I also simplified some things for use in the 'lab' knowing much more impressive results can be created with specific javascript (and real data sets).

I no longer have the site up and running, but the experience of building a intensely interactive site was great preparation for the Front End Developer role I started that fall.
