Roots - Countermapping

This was my final practicum project for Master's degree. I created a web application that allowed users to create their own maps. Users could change basemap, add data points, add svg text, and save to a database. Application used Google Firebase Authentication for users to log in.

Idea was to create a simple web map interface that allows users to create their own maps that bridges the gap between spatially accurate and artistic, allowing them to express their world experience.
